MACON, Ga. - Belmont senior Lorie Warren added to her growing résumé during the month of October by winning another individual title in addition to a third place finish to win her second-straight and fifth-career Golfer of the Month award, the conference office announced on Wednesday.

Warren, a management major Hendersonville, Tenn., posted two top-three finishes in two October tournaments, including winning the Austin Peay Intercollegiate, the sixth title of her Belmont career. She became the second Belmont golfer to win the Austin Peay Intercollegiate, joining Audra Williams, who captured the individual title in 2005. She also finished tied for third at the Troy Invitational. For the month, she posted a 73.75 scoring average. This fall she has won two individual titles, posted a team-leading 73.8 scoring average, and finished in the top three in all four fall tournaments.

Sandra Angulo, Campbell (So. - Torreon, Mexico - Business Administration) -- Angulo produced back-to-back top-10 individual finishes to lead Campbell to its first team victory of the year at the USF/Waterlefe Invitational (Oct. 6-7) and to a sixth-place showing in a strong field at the College of Charleston Palmetto Intercollegiate (Oct. 27-28).

Lauren Darnell, Stetson (Jr. - Gainesville, Ga. - Health Science) -- She tied for second at the USF Waterlefe Invitational in Bradenton, Fla. and later that week recorded another top 10 finish at the Xavier Invitational at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla.; Finished two under par overall at the Waterlefe thanks to a final day charge up the leaderboard with a 70.

Laura Lindsey, Kennesaw State (Sr. - Lenox, Ga. - Professional Sales) -- Recorded two top 25 finishes highlighted by a tie for 15th at the Pat Bradley Invitational to end the fall season; Opened the Waterlefe Invitational with an even par 72; Was fourth in pars (36) and third in par three scoring (3.17) while a recording a collegiate-low 229 54-hole total at the Pat Bradley.

Sinead O’Sullivan, ETSU (Jr. - Galway, Ireland - Business) -- O’Sullivan is currently tied for the team’s lowest stroke average at 76.5 … she has finished in the Top 15 in two of three events so far this season … has posted four rounds of 74 or lower and finished tied for third in the team’s most recent event, the Palmetto Intercollegiate.
