It’s down to the wire for JU, who is tied for second with ETSU in the A-Sun standings. This game could make or break the Dolphins, who are currently on a six-game tear. The Bruins showed their tenacity last week, coming back from a 14-point deficit against Gardner-Webb and clinching its third regular season title.

A-Sun Notables

BRUINS TAKE REGULAR SEASON
In a come-from-behind victory, Belmont clinched its third regular season title in four years with a 54-51 victory over Gardner-Webb Despite going down by 14 points at the half, the Bruins had the home court advantage and Amber Rockwell's 13 second half points to help them pull out the win. Belmont's home win streak improved to 23 -- currently the second best in the nation.

JACKSONVILLE ON A ROLL
The Dolphins continue to rack up the wins and re-write the school record books. Winning 13 of their last 15, Jacksonville tied a program record with six consecutive wins to tie the previous mark set by the 2000-01 squad. The Dolphins also set a new program record with four consecutive road wins. With the win over Stetson, head coach Jill Dunn set a new record for wins by a Dolphin head coach with 33.

DANCIN' IN DOTHAN
For the fourth consecutive year, the Atlantic Sun women’s basketball champion will be crowned in Dothan, Alabama. The City of Dothan and the Dothan Civic Center will serve as host for one of the league’s premier events. The women's tournament will take place March 8-10.
