UNF & Jacksonville Split SunTrust River City Rumble

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The battle for the Old Wooden Barrel maintained status quo on the softball diamond as UNF and Jacksonville split their doubleheader in the SunTrust River City Rumble.
In the opening game, UNF rolled to a 6-0 victory. Catcher Kelli Rutenbar drove in a pair of runs from her leadoff spot while Devyn Findley tossed a complete game one-hitter to win her 13th game of the season
The Dolphins exacted some revenge in the nightcap with a 4-3 win. Ashley Mora blasted a one-out homer in the bottom of the sixth to help JU rally from an early 2-0 deficit.
With the split, UNF maintains their slim 7-6 advantage in the SunTrust River City Rumble standings.
