After receiving the most votes in the opening round and semifinals, Northern Kentucky's Victor E. Viking defeated North Florida's Ozzie the Osprey to claim the title of the A-Sun's Most Valuable Mascot.

With 2,384 votes in the final round, Victor E. edged out Ozzie (1,471 votes) to earn the distinction. The two mascots amassed the high fan vote total in only a 24-hour span.
