MACON, Ga. - Belmont junior Joao Paoliello led the Bruins to a pair of conference sweeps over the weekend, lifting them to an even conference mark at 2-2. For his efforts, the Londrina, Brazil native earned his second career Player of the Week honor the conference office announced on Wednesday.

Paoliello went 2-0 at #1 singles and 1-1 at #2 doubles as he helped the Bruins to 7-0 wins over both UNF and Jacksonville. It was the program's first wins over UNF and JU. The wins boosted their overall record to 7-5, 2-2 in the A-Sun.

Leandro Osorio, USC Upstate (Quillota, Chile. – Sr. – Information Management) – For the second straight match, a USC Upstate men's tennis player reached 40 career wins, as senior Leandro Osorio won a super-set tiebreaker to reach the milestone and close out a 7-0 win, the team's 10th straight, over Atlantic Sun Conference foe Mercer.

Kurt Gattiker, UNF (Buenos Aires, Argentina – Jr. – Business Management) – Gattiker posted the clinching result against Wichita State Tuesday after turning in the clinching score in doubles play to help the Ospreys hold on for a 4-3 win.

Enrique Olivares, ETSU (Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela – Sr. – Business) – Picked up his fourth straight singles win dropping No. 31 Cory Parr of Wake Forest last week in Myrtle Beach, S.C. 6-4, 6-3.
