MACON, Ga. – ETSU's Jesus Bandres captured the Atlantic Sun Men's Tennis Player of the Week honor for the third time in his career. Bandres claimed the honors after defeating No. 8 Georgia's Nathan Pasha at the top singles. Pasha is ranked 21st in the nation, while Bandres is on a five-match winning streak.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK:

- Third Career A-Sun Player of the Week honor; first this season
- Defeated No. 21 Nathan Pasha of No. 8 Georgia; 6-7 (7-9), 6-3, 1-0 (12-10)
- The match with Pasha took place at No. 1 singles
- Was in a tiebreak at No. 1 doubles against Pasha and Garrett Brasseaux, but went unfinished
- Bucs fell to No. 8 Georgia, 5-2, on the road
- On a five-game winning streak in singles
