MACON, Ga. –Vince Petrasso picked up an Atlantic Sun Player of the Week honor for leading the outright regular season champion Campbell. Scott Rosman led ETSU to the No. 3 seed in the A-Sun Championships, picking up Defensive Player of the Week accolades as he allowed only one goal in the final weekend of the regular season.

Petrasso, a senior midfielder, assisted on the game-winning goal in Thursday's 3-1 win against UNF, then scored Campbell’s first goal and assisted on the winner in Saturday's 2-1 victory versus Jacksonville to give the Camels their second-straight A-Sun regular season title and top seed in the league tournament. Overall, The Woodbridge, Ontario native leads the league in assists (10) and ranks tied for third in points (18). In league games, the computer information systems major has posted 12 points (three goals, six assists) and ranks first in assists per game and third in points per game (1.5). Over the past two seasons, Petrasso accounts for 22 points (seven goals, eight assists) in his last 16 A-Sun regular season matches.

Rosman, a senior goalkeeper, played exceptional in goal for ETSU, shutting out Lipscomb and holding Brandon Tarr, the second best scorer in the conference, from netting a goal. The only goal scored against the Kenner, La. native came late in a 3-0 contest against Belmont, as Rosman made three saves on the weekend.

Sean Hoek, ETSU (So. - MF - Newburgh, Ind. - Undeclared) – Hoek helped secure the 3rd seed in the Atlantic Sun tournament as he netted two goals against Belmont. His first goal came on a play where he took the goal kick away from the defender in the back and beat the keeper one-on-one with an excellent flick over the head of Belmont's Lou Manning. Hoek then scored on a free kick with a shot that was virtually unstoppable as it tucked just inside the upper 90 on the near post. The two goals gave Hoek the team lead with five goals, 11 points and two game-winners.

Maurice Beggs, USC Upstate (Jr. - F - Arima, Trinidad - Business Management) – When the Spartans needed it the most last week, Maurice Beggs was there to deliver. On two occasions, USC Upstate fell behind against Belmont and Lipscomb, but Beggs scored a pair of goals, one in each match, to keep Upstate in the game as it battled for a spot in the A-Sun Tournament. Against Belmont, the Bruins opened a 1-0 lead, but a Beggs' goal early in the second half tied the game and Upstate went on to win, 2-1, staying in the tournament hunt. After Lipscomb opened a 2-0 lead at halftime, Beggs again scored early in the second half to put Upstate within a goal and renew the vigor in the Spartans' play.

Kevin Orozco, Campbell (So. - D - La Crecenta, Calif. - Communication Studies) – Orozco led a Campbell defense that allowed just one goal per game, both victories, as the Camels claimed their second-straight A-Sun regular season title and top seed for the league tournament. Orozco scored his first career-goal, the game-winner, in the second half of Thursday's 3-1 victory against UNF.
