Seven A-Sun Standouts Tabbed NSCAA All-South Region

MISSION, Kans. - Led by Atlantic Sun Player of the Year Tommy Krizanovic, Defensive Player of the Year Jay Ayres and Championship MVP Dirk Dittrich, seven A-Sun men's soccer stars earned All-South Region honors as announced by the National Soccer Coaches Association of American (NSCAA).
Campbell placed three players on the team. Standout forward Willy Guadarrama earned second team honors after leading the Camels in scoring for the second straight season while newcomer Richard Jata capped his first season in Buies Creek with a second team nod. 2005 A-Sun Defensive Player of the Year Devin Sheppard landed on the third team.
Forward Tanner Wolfe represented unbeaten regular season champ Stetson on the sqaud while Ayres (Belmont), Dittrich (Gardner-Webb) and Krizanovic (Jacksonville) completed the A-Sun representation.
Five of the seven players will return to their teams in 2007
