MACON, Ga. – Jacksonville’s Tommy Krizanovic and Chad Comroe handled business on both sides of the ball in the final week of the season to earn A-Sun Player of the Week honors as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Krizanovic was the catalyst for JU’s attack in the team’s 3-1 win over Georgia Southern. The senior forward scored one goal and added a pair of assists as he continues to battle back from mid-season injury. The goal was Krizanovic’s league-leading 14th of the season and ran his career total to 47 which places him third in school history and tied for eighth in A-Sun history. Making just his fifth start of the season, Comroe limited Georgia Southern to just one goal while making four saves against the Southern Conference runner-up. The senior earned the win in his final regular season start. The Dallas, Texas native is in graduate school pursuing an MBA in Finance.

The 12-member league headquartered in Macon, Ga., consists of Belmont, Campbell, ETSU, Gardner-Webb, Jacksonville, Kennesaw State, Lipscomb, Mercer, UNF and Stetson with Florida Gulf Coast and USC Upstate beginning competition in 2007-08.
