NKU Gets Road Win and FGCU's Home Streak Continues

MACON, Ga. – FGCU recorded its second shutout win in three days and Northern Kentucky grabbed its second straight road win in A-Sun men's soccer action on Sunday.

FGCU extended its A-Sun home win streak to 15 games with its 2-0 victory over North Florida, while the Norse completed the sweep of its road trip with a 2-1 defeat of Jacksonville. Five different players scored goals in the matches, while North Florida's Brad Sienkiewicz recorded 12 saves. The Eagles and the Norse are tied in third place in the current standings with seven points each.
