BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb University men’s soccer climbed up two spots this week from #10 to #8 in the NSCAA/adidas South Region poll.
Last week, the Bulldogs were ranked for the first time since moving to the Division I level, as the Bulldogs (5-1-2) were ranked 10th in the NSCAA/adidas South Region poll.
Gardner-Webb, off to one of the best starts in its history in men’s soccer, has truly made a turn around from last season’s 4-15 record. With wins over East Carolina (6-2), Appalachian State (1-0), Winthrop (3-0), Radford (1-0) and Georgia Southern (3-1), the Bulldogs have already surpassed their win total from last season.
