Memorial Center
The Memorial Center, better known as the Mini-Dome, will host the Atlantic Sun Conference's fifth annual Indoor Track and Field Championship.

The Dome has been the home of Buccaneer basketball for the past 24 years, and also twice hosted the  Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Basketball Tournament.

Memorial Center has undergone several renovations and improvements in recent years. In 1996, the strength training facility was enlarged to 7,200 square feet, making it one of the largest in the southeast. The facility received a $200,000 facelift, as it was redesigned and reequipped. The track received a new tartan surface five summers ago, including a polyurethane base with three different levels: smooth for basketball, slight granulation for tennis and heavier granulation for track.

DIRECTIONS

Coming into Johnson City from the North, South, and West
Use I-81, take exit 57-A onto I-26 E and into Johnson City. Take exit 31. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left at the light onto University Parkway. Turn left onto State of Franklin Road. Immediately after the Memorial Center “Mini-Dome” turn left onto John R. Bell Drive to enter the ETSU Campus.

Coming into Johnson City from the East
Take route I-26 W from Asheville, N.C. Take Exit 31. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left at the light onto University Parkway. Turn left onto State of Franklin Road. Immediately after the Memorial Center “Mini-Dome” turn left onto John R. Bell Drive to enter the ETSU Campus.

Credentials
Media planning to cover the 2010 championship should contact Eric Moyer (emoyer@atlanticsun.org) to request credentials and parking passes.

Information
A meet program featuring rosters and information for each participating team will be available. Post-game quotes, notes and final results will be available upon request following each day.

Filing a Story
The media will have a work room located in the Southwest corner of the Memorial Center to file a story on-site. Phone lines, high-speed internet, power outlets, a copier and fax will be made available in the media work room.
