DeLAND, Florida – Ronell Wooten scored a team-high 18-points and Golden Ingle added 16 as first-place Kennesaw State defeated Stetson, 73-57, at the Edmunds Center on Saturday night.

The surging Owls (11-8 overall, 9-1 Atlantic Sun Conference) picked up their seventh straight win as they rallied from a halftime deficit to earn their fourth consecutive road win.

The Owls got off to a slow start, shooting just 33 percent in the first half as the Hatters (2-15, 2-7) held onto a scant one-point lead at intermission. Anthony Register led the Stetson offense in the first half with ten points.

Stetson led for all but 29 seconds of the first half and built their largest lead of the night, 18-9, after Register hit a three-pointer with 9:33 left in the half. The Owls began their comeback as Golden Ingle drained a three-pointer to ignite a 12-4 rally to end the half.
